As a careworker at Care4 U, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to our clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers. Administer medication as prescribed. Monitor and record vital signs. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs. Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure a clean and safe environment. Attend training to enhance skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous caregiving experience preferred. CNA or HHA certification is a plus. Patience and compassion. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina for lifting and transfers. Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures. Working Conditions This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts.
