Your Mission: Own end‑to‑end operational execution to ensure electronic hardware is manufactured safely, on time, and to specification.
Translate approved demand and production plans into stable, executable operations across assembly, testing, and final integration.
Monitor and report operational performance, addressing deviations promptly.
Understand and manage operational capacity (people, equipment, test stations, skills).
Ensure the operation is ready to deliver committed volumes, escalating risks where capacity constraints exist.
Balance workload, skills availability, and equipment utilisation to maintain flow.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies applicable to electronic device manufacturing.
Ensure operational risks are identified, managed, and escalated where required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.
Implement sustainable process improvements across manufacturing and testing processes Your Profile: Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in managing electronic hardware manufacturing operations or similar environments.
Experienced in collaborating across functions, including planning, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, and technical teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing capacity, resource planning, and production flow control.
Skilled in analyzing operational data and addressing performance deviations effectively.
