# Head of Marketing - Property24 Property24 - the leading real estate platform is requiring exceptional B2 B marketing leadership to drive agent and developer success. ABOUT THIS ROLE* As the Head of Marketing for Property24, you will own the marketing strategy and execution that encompasses brand positioning, go-to-market execution, acquisition and retention tactics. You will play a crucial role in driving commercial success while building and leading a small marketing team to deliver exceptional results. Your role will require you to manage senior stakeholders (Sales, GTM, Product, Data teams, external agencies) and guide your team members to execute against strategy while developing a high-performance culture. The envisioned profile for this role is someone that easily collaborates with cross-functional teams, unlocks new opportunities for B2 B growth, and can clearly define and drive marketing strategy for business clients. This role reports into global marketing leadership. What responsibilities will your get* Whilst you cover the full marketing plan with a team of three in total, you personally will be more focused on driving Property24's B2 B market penetration and engagement through strategic brand positioning and revenue enablement tactics (e.g. GTM, PR, Events). This will require you to work across multiple internal teams and external partners. You will own, write and manage the integrated B2 B marketing plan covering brand, sales enablement, PR, activations & partnerships, events.* Adopt and enable the business with a common measurement framework to evaluate B2 B marketing success and attribute impact to marketing investments made. You will monitor B2 B brand equity, client loyalty, retention behaviour, and perception tracking.* Building the B2 B marketing discipline and managing a high-performing marketing team through the enablement of trust and collaboration. You will mentor and inspire your team, coach individuals and unlock their full potential while fostering a culture of excellence.* Position the Property24 brand purposefully and meaningfully different within the real estate industry to ensure the brand is future-proof and relevant for agents, developers, and business partners.* Whilst the current team focuses currently on consumer and seeker marketing, you are mostly focused on executing B2 B marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies, product marketing, events management, sales enablement, and PR tactics. The initiatives span across agent onboarding, retention, and commercial growth.* Excellent stakeholder management. You will periodically report back to important stakeholders (Sales leadership, Product teams, Executive Committee) on progress against OKRs and clearly articulate impact and business outcomes.* You will work closely with Product, GTM, Sales, Data, CRM, Performance, and PR teams to build and enable marketing capabilities that drive business client success and platform adoption.* Drive continuous improvement by adopting an experimental approach to uncover new B2 B opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and grow customer lifetime value for business clients. What can you expect from us and what do we offer* 8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of B2 B marketing strategy, preferably in real estate, proptech, or similar industries* Proven experience in leading marketing teams, 5+ years. An empathic leader that has the ability to build an effective and high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.* You have experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and driving ROI through strategic investment decisions* You have a resilient mindset and are strong-willed to get things done.
