Key duties but not limited to: Perform general repairs, maintenance and installations within the Hotel.

Fix minor plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogged drains, or replacing faucets.

Repair and maintain electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and wiring, Patch drywall, paint and perform minor carpentry work.

Inspect the hotel for necessary repairs and suggest improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines Maintain tools, equipment and materials needed for various repair tasks.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about repair needs.
