Design UX/UI resources would need the following skills:
- Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mock-ups.
- Visual design and design software - Figma, Adobe Suite.
- User research and usability testing.
- Best practices for user interaction.
- Compliance verification for accessibility.
- Word Press/Wix or similar is beneficial (not a requirement).
- Brand design and all the components required to establish/create a unique corporate identity.
