Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the project brief and being able to complete the project from start to finish
- Adhering to time, and production constraints
- Working and collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to ensure that everyone has an understanding of the brief and that deadlines are met accordingly
- Editing proofs to client’s specifications and obtaining sign off from management before finalizing artwork and going to print and production.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about project progress
- Bringing any issues or delays that may arise to management’s immediate attention
- Coming up with solutions should problems arise
- Bringing the design brief and concept to life based on the client’s expectations

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Matriculation
- Graphic design qualification or similar
- Own reliable vehicle transport and valid driver’s SA drivers’ license is essential
- At least 3 years’ experience working as a Graphic Designer
- At least 3 years’ experience in Coreldraw and PDF Adobe Reader
- Experience working for a Signage Manufacturing Company.
- Understanding of Pantone colour matching is essential
- Having a good understanding of the design to print process
- Good communication skills (English)
