We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Responsibilities: Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and support procedures
Accurately document customer interactions
Requirements: B2 or higher level German B2 level or higher English Must be currently based in South Africa Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
