Auto Body Shop Manager – Centurion & Waltloo

HJ Bosch & Sons, a leading auto body repair franchise , is hiring experienced Auto Body Shop Managers for our Centurion and Waltloo locations.

We need strong, hands-on leaders who can drive workshop efficiency , maintain high repair standards , and collaborate closely with MCB Manco , our franchisor, to ensure compliance with franchise standards, operational processes, and business growth strategies .

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the panel shop and ensure efficient workflow .

Lead and manage panel beaters, spray painters, estimators, and admin staff .

Work closely with MCB Manco, insurance companies, and brokers to drive business.

Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Maintain quality control and compliance with SAMBRA & RMI regulations .

Manage financials, cost control, and profitability of the shop.

Maintain customer service excellence and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience managing an auto body repair shop.

Technical knowledge of panel beating, spray painting, and repair processes.

Familiarity with insurance assessments & Audatex estimating systems .

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Financial acumen to manage costs and improve profitability.

Experience working with franchisors or within a structured franchise system is advantageous.

Driver’s license and own transport.
