This includes full P& L accountability, team leadership, and delivery of strategic goals.
As a bootstrapped company, our P& L cannot support hiring people without demonstrated economic performance.
As the EBIDTAwill grow, we'll reinvest the dollars.
You will be accountable & expected to grow the profits before we hire more people.
This role combinesstrategic leadership with hands-on execution & effectiveness & entrepreneurial mindsetand is essential to the continued scaling of the business, with a focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition, team development, and operational efficiency, based on systematic, purposeful performance.
All growth initiatives will be led by you, tested, proven, profitable & then we hire more people.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the GM will serve as the right-hand and cross-functional efforts across a remote team of 16+ employees spanning revenue, finance, IT operations, HR and focus onexecution.
You'll have 3 direct reports.
You will help set clear standards, track the right metrics, hold people accountable.
You'll build systems & protect our culture.
You'll get the chance to work closely 1 on 1 with the CEO of the company & receive direct coaching & help from a proven leader & successful entrepreneur who has been building companies for 15+ years.
What you'll be responsible for You'll be responsible for (hard skills or job requirements/outcomes from Job Scorecard): Business Commercial Growth: You'll diagnose the root causes problem, create a plan and lead strategic initiatives to improve the company's performance and unlockcommercial growth , measured in Revenue & EBITDA.
Saa S Operational Effectiveness: Oversee recurring revenue growth strategies, customer lifecycle optimization and subscription management.
Create and maintain a company that is proud of and protects its culture with KPIs: Use dashboards and scorecards to maintain visibility and track performance.
Ensure alignment across teams through clear goal setting and KPI measurements.
P& L Responsibility: Take full P& L ownership after 3-6+ months and accountability for financial performance to drive sustainable profitability.

[Preferably in Saa S infrastructure enviroement] Experience in a small bootstrapped company (Under 50 people).
You\'ve led operations at a bootstrapped Saa S company in the$1 M–$5 M ARRrange and know what it takes to grow & maintain similar companies in a profitable way.
Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams, with at least3 years of remote leadership experience.
3+ years of strong foundation insales & marketingas part of your career path Familiarity with subscription funnels and key Saa S metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn).
You\'ve worked closely with founders or in a leadership role before.
2+ yrs of proven track record of full P& L ownership.

Board Members Interview : You'll meet with 2 board members & advisors to the company.
Reference Check : Before extending an offer, we request references from past colleagues—ideally including peers, managers, and subordinates.
