We are seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join our operations team in the tipper
transport industry. The ideal candidate must be strong in dispatching, tracking, driver
management, and weighbridge compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and monitor tipper trucks daily.
Track trucks live (routes, speeds, no-go zones).
Manage drivers and enforce compliance.
Oversee weighbridge slips, load accuracy & documentation.
Handle breakdowns, tyre issues, and workshop coordination.
Communicate with clients, mines, and loading points.
