Financial Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Randburg, South Africa. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting functions of the company, including but not limited to analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. The Financial Manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve business processes and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial reports for internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis.
Identify financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Manage and lead the finance team.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and achieve organizational objectives.
Audit Preparation: Prepare for internal/external audits. Desired Experience & Qualification
BCom degree or higher.
2+ years as a Finance Manager.
Experience managing a team.
