My client, a very large and well-known international manufacturer and distributor of digital equipment, cameras, and printers, is looking to employ a Financial Manager CA(SA) that can lead, develop, and oversee their finance division.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monthly and annual statutory reporting function
Process analysis and improvement
Sales and profitability analyses
Inventory provisioning (Stock take)
Bi-annual SOX coordination process
Coordinating annual external audit process
Ensuring the accounting policies and practices of the organization are followed
Working closely with internal auditors, public accountants, federal tax examiners, and others
Managing, training, and developing accounting staff
Forecasting reports (income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and future earnings)
Producing accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with SOX
Facility Management
Oversee the SGA control process
Responsible for payroll accounting
Internal and external reporting
Responsible for month-end close process and submission Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience:
• 8 Years Accounting experience
• 3 years as a Manager Package & Remuneration
