Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting
Registered as a CA(SA)
3+ years of experience in a similar role within a foundry/manufacturing environment
Must have SAP or Syspro experience
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for correctly representing Company´s results through characterization of figures that explain the past, present and future of the Company.
Coordinate, support and consolidate periodic key management reports. Provide variance commentary, analyze trends and corrective actions as necessary.
Consolidate and analyze regional monthly P/L reporting. Provide visibility regularly to track business performance for both top line related and marketing expense, as well as risk and opportunities identification.
Analyze SGA expenditure report in line with plan and explain the variance, if any.
Drive continuous improvements and automation of reporting and biz/financial processes through BI tools.
Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting.
Support and work with senior management team closely to optimize business operation and financial process to drive efficiency. Provide effective data analysis reports according to business strategy and promote business.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leader.
Comply with the laws and regulations of the department and the company's quality, safety, environmental and occupational health management regulations.
Participate and support all company audit programs, internal or external including ISO system.
Recognize and adhere to company core values.
