Structure It provides high-performance data solutions consultancy for the Commercial Real Estate and Credit Markets and derivatives markets. We are looking for an autonomous and disciplined Visual Designer to join our Brand and Marketing team.
Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing our visual strategy. This position is for a designer who takes pride in their professional reliability, translates complex technology research and strategic processes into clear narratives, and ensures every asset is delivered with technical design precision and on schedule.
What will your core focus be: Collaborative Stakeholder Support: Work alongside the Brand and Marketing Manager to build high-stakes pitch decks and technical presentations. You will help translate complex financial concepts into logical, professional layouts.
Social Media Content Creation: Execute the visual strategy for our social media presence. You will be responsible for producing high-fidelity content that maintains our brand authority across the structured finance space and scaling complex sectors.
Web & Digital Asset Maintenance: Update and optimize website interfaces and landing pages, ensuring a streamlined user journey and sophisticated visual standards.
Marketing Collateral Execution: Support the production of whitepapers, email campaigns, and digital reports. You are responsible for ensuring all materials are error‑free and aligned with our global brand guidelines. The following are required: The Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design and 3+ years of experience in a corporate design environment, with a solid understanding of in-house workflows where accuracy and reliability are essential.
A Strategic Portfolio: Strong body of work that demonstrates a thorough understanding of design principles, visual creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to conduct research that backs up your design choices.
Quality Control: A rigorous internal process that catches errors in typography, spacing, alignment, and data visualization before they reach stakeholders.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to translate designs effectively across non-design software for template use, such as Power Point.
Task Management: Ability to manage your own pipeline effectively. You provide regular status updates and ensure projects move forward through clear, professional coordination with the marketing team and stakeholders. Advantageous to have an understanding of: Proofreading, grammar, and typographic conventions
Basic front-end development skills, with exposure to Word Press
