JOB TITLE: Programme Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDo I programme.

TASK DESCRIPTION

1. PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FOR THE CLIENT/WCGDo I MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

Managing the projects allocated, including but not limited to the following:

· Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.

· Drafting and reviewing of cashflow and programme.

· Liaising with WCGDo I QS Department, meeting the deadlines set out by WCGDo I, drive programme and cashflow for the Management Programme.

· Managing the Management Programme’s cashflow.

· Meeting deadlines.

· Keeping the server up to date at all times.

· Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.

· Managing procurement.

· Managing consultant’s appointments and performance.

· Managing contractor’s appointments and performance.

· Complying with all processes and protocols.

· Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.

· Checking invoices and their correctness.

· Professional reviews on Stage QS Reports.

· Reviews of Final Accounts, Tender Documents, contractor’s invoice packs, Payment Certificates and any other required documentation.

· Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.

· Reviews of invoices.

· Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.

· Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.

Needs to be accurate, precise, and correct.

Completed according to timelines.

· Ensuring adherence with programme and budget.

· Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultant’s appointments.

5. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

· Degree in Quantity Surveying and Pr QS professional registration.

6. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Experience in professional consulting QS firms.

· Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration.

· Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.

· Minimum experience: 8 years
