This role is crucial for enhancing our client experience by championing client needs and sharing technical expertise within our team of Business Analysts in Capitec Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end story mapping, financial services or telecommunications, and possess team leadership skills. Our Ideal Candidate Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven expertise in front-end story mapping. Experience in financial services or telecommunications. Strong team leadership and management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Business Analysts, front-end developers, and UX designers. Oversee the end-to-end client experience for our products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of front-end solutions. Provide direction and workflow management within the team.
