Case Ware & Draftworx Financial Statements Consultant

Responsible for assisting clients with drafting financial statements for submission to their auditors.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Studying towards a degree/diploma in accounting.
2. BCom (Finance, Accounts, or Management) / BCom Hons.
3. Has drafted annual financial statements using Case Ware Working Papers in the last 12 months.
4. Has used Case Ware for a minimum of 3 years, with at least 2 years within the last year.
5. Completed SAIPA / SAICA articles.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Financial Statement Automation Manager.
2. Financial Statements Preparation:
1. Create relevant lead schedules.
2. Balance – Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Cash Flows.
3. Draft and Balance Consolidated Annual Financial Statements.
3. Reporting and project management:
1. Capture time and expenses timeously.
2. Provide weekly status updates to all stakeholders.
3. Ensure all drafted sets can roll forward and are modifiable.
4. Meet basic Quality Assurance Checks.
5. Ensure efficiency in completing all required tasks and processes to achieve monthly revenue.
6. Utilize time efficiently to derive value both internally and externally to the satisfaction of management.
7. Increase profitability and win clients.
8. Network within the client business to develop trust and knowledge.
