Job Title: Deputy Director: Administration

Requirements:
- A Grade 12 certificate and an NQF 7 qualification in Office Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least three (3) years of experience at Assistant Director level or equivalent in office administration and financial management.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support, plan, organize, and control administrative activities for the branch, and consolidate quarterly reports for the Strategic Planning Unit.
- Manage document flow and ensure efficient communication within the department.
- Ensure all documents are logged according to the Electronic Document Management System and administer finances.
- Coordinate procurement activities, assist with MTEF submissions, prepare and review annual budgets against operational plans, and consolidate budgets.
- Provide secretariat support, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely submission of minutes and agendas. Manage human and physical resources.
