Oversee projects from concept through to closeout, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Must have developed electrical designs and specifications for lightning, power, lightning protection systems, and PV installations. Prepare tender Bills of Quantities and manage the entire tender process. Utilize Auto CAD for schematic layouts of distribution boards and MCCs (Motor Control Centers). Write professional reports and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders. Conduct site, project, office, and technical meetings, keeping detailed minutes. Engage in marketing and business development activities to secure new projects. Qualification: BEng or BTech in Electrical Engineering. Experience: At least 5 years of consulting services experience in the building sector. Design Skills: Hands-on experience in electrical design, including power and lighting systems. Project Management: Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, technical staff, and financial aspects of projects. Auto CAD: Proficient in creating detailed schematics for electrical systems. Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, including report writing and professional correspondence. Additional Requirements: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to travel nationally as required for projects. Branches: Pretoria, Cape Town, George, Durban Valid driver's license.
