Our client in the Motor Industry is looking for a Junior Finanical Manager to join their team in Nelspruit Minimum requirements:
BComm in Accounting or Financial Management Completion of SAIPA or SAICA articles At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on management approach Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly Excel Willingness to travel frequently, with weekly visits to branches Duties / Responsibilities Responsible for managing the entire financial function, which includes but is not limited to: Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for dealership and group management Developing, monitoring, and enforcing financial systems, procedures, controls, and policies Providing support for ad-hoc accounting tasks as required Training and mentoring branch administrative staff to enhance their skills Overseeing branch administrative personnel to ensure smooth operations Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters Committing to ongoing learning and professional development Willingness to travel frequently, with weekly visits to branches Valid drivers license and own vehicle Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
