The role of a Credit Champion (CC) is to solicit loan applications through the promotion of the Evolution Finance (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of a buildware merchant. The CC facilitates the application process for such customers through the input of application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solicit loan applications by promoting EF offerings to customers and prospective customers of buildware merchants.
- Facilitate the application process by inputting data into EF systems and uploading supporting documents.
- Act as the primary liaison with EF applicants regarding application progress and outcomes.
- Assist in setting up merchant accounts for the acquisition of building materials.
- Contribute to societal development by facilitating housing finance in South Africa.
- Support build-ware merchants in providing better service and expanding their customer base.
Job Requirements:
- Matric certificate; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in a sales environment is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Networking skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
