Main Duties include:
• Business Development: Drive business growth through proactive lead
generation, networking, and marketing initiatives
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and
• competitive landscape
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for
properties, such as online platforms, social media, print media
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations,
and ethical standards in all interactions and transactions
• Key role in mentoring junior agents, cultivating client relationships, and
achieving sales targets.

Criteria:
• NQF Level 4, Full Status FFC or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business
Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in
residential or commercial real estate sales.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and
neighborhood.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS platforms, CRM
systems, and marketing software
• Results-oriented mindset, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
