Experience and Skills Required:

1. 5-10 years relevant experience within the Industrial Property sector
2. A strong, active existing industry network
3. Experience/exposure to working with the broker community
4. Candidates with both a strong commercial/industrial and legal background would be preferred/at an advantage
5. Relevant property knowledge and strong marketing skills are a key requirement
6. Demonstrated proficiency in the full suite of MS Office
7. Effective leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to adapt to changing business needs
10. Reasonable understanding of property management laws and regulations specific to the location/type of property being managed
11. Understanding of the environmental regulations and warehousing operations as pertains to managing properties in the industrial sector

Key Deliverables:

1. Bring with and utilise your existing industry network to secure property opportunities in the Industrial Sector nationally
2. Strong track record in sourcing and lead generation for the development of warehouses within the Property Market (Industrial and Logistics Sector)
3. Presentation of leasing options for new developments
4. Strong commercial knowledge in compiling presentations to prospective tenants
5. Maintaining strategic relationships with tenants
6. Sourcing and clear articulation of market intelligence/data, ensuring updates/trends in the Industrial Warehousing space pertaining to Logistics are timeously brought to the business, and insights capitalised on in line with business strategy
7. Knowledge of green initiatives that could set a property apart in a competitive market is an added advantage
8. Collaborative approach in interactions to ensure the greater objective of ensuring commercial properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and financially viable are met.

Qualification:
CA (SA) / Degree in B Com Law Qualification
