Who Are We Looking For:
We are looking for a New Business Representative to be the driving force behind generating and converting sales leads to contracted customers.
What Will You Do:
Achieve the revenue target, as set out in the financial year budget within a 12-month period
New business acquisition: generate a minimum number of customers within a 12-month period
Lead conversion rate: achieved set conversion rate versus allotted leads supplied
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum number of potential deals in various stages of closure
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with services delivered, measured through feedback forms (after sales service)
Support and track target achievement through the development and maintenance of a New Business Development plan
What Do You Need:
At least two years New Business Acquisition experience, including cold calling
Experience in a service industry
Client relationship management and/or customer service experience
Call centre experience a plus
Excellent computer skills
