Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with key business units to provide financial insights and strategic guidance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Drive performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and investment decisions.
Support monthly reporting cycles and variance analysis.

Experience and Skills Required

BCom Accounting (Minimum)
At least 5 years experience in a similiar role
Short Term insurance experience is mandatory
