Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and design
SAP Payroll solutions
tailored to client needs.
Configure and support
South African payroll processes
within SAP ECP.
Implement and maintain
SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
in line with compliance standards.
Ensure seamless
integration between SAP Success Factors EC and ECP , including time management and finance modules.
Design and configure
schemas, rules, wage types, and off-cycle payroll processes.
Develop and support
payroll interfaces
with third-party vendors, banks, and government agencies.
Conduct
unit, integration, and user acceptance (UAT) testing.
Collaborate with
HR, Finance, and IT teams
for end-to-end SAP Payroll integration.
Maintain thorough
documentation
for audit and compliance.
