Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Senior Production Consultant.
Demonstrating and upselling products and functionality
Analysing client needs to ensure optimal product usage
Managing client related projects
Work within KPAs provided for department, contributing both upwards (within the business) and
downwards (development of team)
Supervising and guiding a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development
Managing changes to IT systems and processes to minimize disruptions while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards
Monitoring IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Overseeing the teams operations and ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Bcom Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting or IT or Marketing or revelevant qualification
Skills

4+ years ERP Production consulting experience
3+ years experience in management of ERP Project teams
Experience with ERP Microsoft Dynamics, BC/Navision and any of the following financial ERP systems Pastel, Accpac, Sage, SAP, or Xero
Strong financial background and acumen are required
Project Management experience is necessary
Knowledge of SQL or any database system is advantageous
Prior experience with Chase Software would be highly beneficial
Strong background in software applications
Must possess visionary thinking and decision-making skills
