Qualifications & REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years in a similar role with preferably DRC Degree in Finance or Economics French knowledge (reading and writing) SA citizenship X3 Sage/ JDE Solid grasp in mathematics Very good excel knowledge Duties: Completion of the monthly payroll function Capture of payroll data and computation run Printing and distribution pay slips Capture bank payments Preparation and submission of all monthly and annual returns Filing of all payroll documents Preparation and capture of monthly salary journals on JDE Monthly reconciliation of GL Payroll Control accounts and Bank accounts Update of VIP with all relevant information, including new legislation Submission of the monthly payroll reports Preparing supports for audit requests Implementation and respect of payroll policies and procedures Support to Finance department, where necessary.
