Sales Leadership s Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales representatives, key account managers, internal sales coordinators, and technical sales engineers.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development plans.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff.
Develop and implement annual sales strategies aligned with company targets and operational capabilities.
Define sales KPIs, territory allocations, and product/market segments.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and EPC companies.
