Job Description
To analyse individual business' financial results by ensuring adherence to financial controls.
To perform financial partnering activities including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy.
Perform daily reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses. Monitor accounts payable to ensure that all payments are up to date. Produce accurate and complete business reports on a monthly basis.

Are you someone who can:
- Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs and productivity.

- Propose improvements on internal processes that impact service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability.
- Ensure own product knowledge and guidance provided is technically accurate and collect feedback to help improve customer service.
- Execute own work in accordance with the organisational values and code of ethics.
- Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution.
- Identify and escalate risk as a normal part of work.
- Provide timely reports on operations, performance, and audit findings.
- Report on transactional activity progression within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.
- Investigate new ways to optimise processes.
- Flag opportunities to migrate to platform and support the use of technology in process and system improvements.
- Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality.
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity by working together to achieve team goals.

- Share information and knowledge that benefits the team.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Type of Qualification: BCom Hons, CA(SA) preferable.
- Field of Study: Financial; Accounting, Management Accounting.
- 5 - 8 years' experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, of which 4+ years experience must have been supporting a CIB technology stack – with Global Markets technology experience preferable.
- Knowledge of Global Markets technology and the related infrastructure.
- Any costing (CIMA) and cost modelling experience is advantageous.
