They are looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their IT strategy and drive business intelligence (BI) initiatives. This executive role will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of IT systems, data analytics, and digital transformation efforts. The CIO will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's technological landscape supports business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute the company’s IT and Business Intelligence (BI) strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Identify and implement new technology solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
3. Oversee IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and innovation, including VMWare and full-scale virtualization.
4. Manage bank integrations and financial transaction systems.
5. Oversee telephony systems (Mitel PABX) for sales and roadside assistance.
6. Lead Business Intelligence initiatives, providing Power BI self-service functionality to business units.
7. Initiate and expand predictive analytics capabilities.
8. Oversee Data Warehousing, particularly for Call Centre operations.
9. Manage software oversight including Great Plains, Microsoft CRM, e Commerce, and SAGE.
10. Oversee IT risk management, managing risks related to cloud integrations and cybersecurity.
11. Guide the company’s cloud journey, planning and executing migration to Azure-based cloud solutions.
12. Manage transition from onsite licenses expiring to Saa S solutions (CRM, Great Plains, telephony systems, etc.).
13. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with IT service providers and technology vendors.
14. Monitor technology trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
15. Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Required Qualifications & Experience :
