The CFO will take full accountability for financial leadership across a multi-entity, multi-country structure. Working closely with global and regional leadership teams, the ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset, shared services experience, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment. The role is key to driving compliance, treasury management, business performance, and long-term value creation.

Education:
Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

15 years experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive-level role
Previous experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Distribution industries preferred
Strong exposure to shared services and matrix environments
Solid cross-border financial experience, including regulatory frameworks in Africa
Demonstrated ability to influence at board and executive levels
