Technical Training Supervisor The above vacancy exists at our Technical department, Kempton Park, reporting to the Technical Manager. Duties & Responsibilities The Technical Training Supervisor will be responsible for creating, executing, and supervising technical training programs, ensuring trainers possess necessary technical competence, providing technical support, and setting clear expectations. Key areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to: Supervising, training, and managing the technical training team (Train-the-Trainer). Providing management on training quality and customer value, including moderation of training and accident investigations. Reviewing training interventions and training materials. Managing training financials—revenue and cost budgets—and educating customers on training product knowledge. Responsible for change management and providing technical support. Recruitment and development of staff. Desired Experience & Qualifications Minimum of a Matric qualification. Engineering Qualification with relevant ETDP certification (e.g., Facilitation, Assessor, Moderator, Curriculum Design). A post-graduate qualification in technical skills development and human capital or professional qualifications will be advantageous. Minimum of 3-5 years of L&D and technical training experience within the gas/chemical or related industry. Strong supervisory capabilities, research, and analytical skills. Experience in content development. Strong administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite and computer literacy.
