Responsibilities Proven track record of Initiation of large-scale projects, ability to understand drawings, understanding of the different scope of works.
Planning which will include, creating budget and project timelines, allocation of resources, manage budget and risk.
Execution – support and direct teams, monitor & report on project progress, facilitate issue resolution, ensure financial obligations are met and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage complex builds and technical knowledge across various scope of works and ability to provide technical support to others Ability to take on other responsibilities outside the projects arena and deliver timeously Managing relationships effectively internally and externally, including all third parties.
