Duties & Responsibilities Areas of Responsibility: Manage invoicing/debtors clerks to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Adjust product prices weekly to align with market trends and company strategies. Monitor and manage overdue customers, reporting to senior management as necessary. Conduct stock adjustments and generate reports following weekly stock take activities. Ensure effective management of exceptions in financial processes. Provide daily bank balance reporting to support financial decision-making. Assist in annual audit preparations and liaise with auditors as needed. Demonstrate technical proficiency in drafting management accounts for review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Completed Articles (CA/CPA) preferable.3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
