As a member of the CBS 3rd Party Governance Team the Specialist is ensuring fast & compliant external 3rd party purchasing to support our customer projects.
In this role, the Specialist aligns and works closely with Business Stakeholders as well as with the Global Purchasing Organization and Compliance Department.
Responsibilities
Ordering process for external 3rd party consultants in SAP Fieldglass with strict adherence to internal policies and processes
Closely work with the Business Stakeholders to reconcile necessary information
Guide & advise Project Managers along the process
Experiences
Understands procurement processes and project management support requirements
Org & Operational Complexity: Demonstrated ability and readiness to work in businesses and/or functions that require high degrees of complex cross-organizational interaction and collaboration
Innovation Track Record: Operational innovation and problem solving based on a good understanding of operational work, system and process landscape and internal/external business factors
Competencies
Agile, with a proven ability to work under pressure with extreme flexibility
Ability to learn and differentiate process flows rapidly, taking into account country-specific policies and compliance rules and continuously updating the level of knowledge
Extremely high integrity and ethics.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems
Flexibility to work virtually or in local office (as needed)
Strong Team spirit contribution and open mind to work for a global team and Business Stakeholders from different cultures
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent accreditation (required)
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in services operations roles or procurement roles
Strong will to deliver excellent quality focused on support services that are accurate, rapid, ensure compliant operational procedures including financial and legal consideration.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in accounting or finance services a plus
Ability to quickly understand the business and take ownership of the assigned tasks
Highly energized, enthusiastic and able to deliver high quality under deadline pressure and in complex environments
High level of integrity and ethical approach to doing business
Extremely detailed-oriented, organized, and great communication skills (oral and written)
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Point)
Experience with SAP’s ERP system. SAP Fieldglass is a plus
Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory, additional language skills are a plus
