Full Commission - Sliding Scale, Petrol and Cellphone Allowance

Main Duties include:
• Assist in handling client inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and
providing information about available properties
• Property research, Marketing and Client Marketing Support.
• Document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
• Accompany senior agents on property inspections and assist in assessing
property condition and features.
• Shadow experienced agents during client meetings, negotiations, and
transactions to gain insight into effective sales strategies and client
management techniques
• Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and ethical
standards in all interactions and transactions

Criteria:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - interact professionally with clients and
colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of real estate
software and tools (e.g. CRM systems).
• Good understanding of Social Media as a tool for Business.
• Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn. Proactive attitude towards professional development.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
