Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of 5-star lodges and hotels
Support and guide General Managers in operational decision-making and service delivery
Ensure consistent guest experiences aligned with the brands luxury identity
Analyse property performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies
Develop and standardise SOPs, training protocols, and operational policies across all properties
Monitor budgets, financial KPIs, staffing levels, and service quality
Collaborate with departments such as HR, Finance, F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
Lead by example
supporting properties during high season, emergencies, or key events
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards at all properties
Report directly to senior executive leadership and contribute to group-level planning
Minimum 810 years of experience in senior hospitality operations roles
Proven experience managing or overseeing multiple luxury properties (hotel and/or lodge experience essential)
Strong financial acumen and operational insight
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Experience in remote locations and/or lodge-based operations is a strong advantage
Willing and able to travel frequently across Southern Africa (drivers license essential)
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for 5-star guest service
Hospitality degree or diploma required
