MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Deputy Nursing Manager will be responsible for the management of the nursing functions in the hospital through the implementation of the Hospitals model in all wards – include co-ordination of all functions and activities related to the provision, promotion and assurance of quality patient care.

REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant nursing qualifications (B Cur Degree or relevant management qualification)
• ICU/Trauma experience will be an advantage
• Registered with Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
• Compliance with the SANC code for a registered and all applicable healthcare legislation
• Sound financial knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data
• Computer literate
