Duties & Responsibilities Together with the FD oversee the full finance and accounting functions of the 3 businesses. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis required to inform the strategic decision-making necessary to enhance profitability. Follow divisional procedures and controls and ensure compliance with local accounting principles, rules and tax regulations. Prepare and present reports. Daily focus on STD costing. Inter-company sales and contribution. Balance Sheet recon, SOX reports. Fixed Assets. Project Management. Internal controls and B/S recons. Payroll review. Month-end closes. Hedging, currency management and cash forecasting. Desired Experience & Qualification CA (SA)Minimum 5-years as head of Finance team with a national footprint Excellent IFRS knowledge Proven track record of team management Package & Remuneration A highly attractive CTC will be negotiated to secure the ideal candidate - standard large corporate benefits apply.
