At least 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar.

Extensive experience within the Hardware Industry.

Budgeting and Forecasting knowledge.

Familiarity with business and financial principles.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Great leadership abilities.

Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities include(but are not limited to): Ensuring all operations are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively.

Maintain company's legal compliance.

Marketing. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI's.

Recruit train and supervise staff.

Maintain and support high quality customer service.
