Other Duties Include:
- Full ownership of monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and submissions to group
- Cash flow, working capital, VAT, tax and payroll compliance management
- Preparation of annual financial statements and year-end audit support
- Oversight of debtors, creditors, reconciliations and internal controls
- Development and leadership of the finance team and process improvements
Education:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- Completed articles is advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a full finance function role
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments
- Ability to lead and develop teams while remaining hands-on
- Comfort working under pressure and navigating frequent change
