A results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) required to lead a manufacturing group into its next growth phase. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen to drive profitability and competitiveness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10 or more years in a CEO or senior executive role within manufacturing (textile industry experience advantageous).
- 3 or more years of turn-around experience.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and legal frameworks, with proven experience in their practical application.
- Strategic thinking, commercial mindset, financial acumen, leadership, innovation, and stakeholder management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategy and operational plans.
- Oversee all functions, including production, finance, sales, marketing, HR, and IT.
- Drive business growth through market expansion and product innovation.
- Foster a high-performance culture with strong leadership and talent development.
- Ensure financial sustainability and compliance with regulations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and navigate a unionized environment.
- Identify risks and implement business continuity plans.
