Family owned business that operate 5 independent companies from the one site are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team.  Incumbent must be fully proficient in Excel and Sage Pastel.  Duties include: Capture accurate receipting daily, reconcile creditors weekly for payments Producing invoicing monthly and issue statements  Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the companies Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and annually) Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up with creditors and debtors Knowledge and skills in: GL Reconciliations Internal controls Journals VAT Must be detail orientated and have the ability to work unsupervised Please note that this role is based in New Hanover, own reliable transport would be essential.
