Job Description To effectively provide outstanding service to all clients through the achievement and control of the sales function by exceeding sales targets and managing CRM, with the ultimate aim of achieving company profitability and objectives in line with acceptable corporate governance standards. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and application of sales strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives. Manage and control all aspects of customer relationship management. Acquire new business and manage top client portfolios effectively. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships. Foster and maintain relationships within the professional sector and support the development of specifications. Manage and oversee the progress of sales enquiries to successful closure. Assist the finance department with collections and resolve customer complaints. Ensure full collection of cash sales prior to manufacturing and releasing goods. Gather and share market intelligence with stakeholders. Utilize SAP effectively and ensure proper reporting. Participate in stock takes, conferences, and training sessions. Inspect construction sites prior to mobile mill rollings and steel laying foundations where applicable. Requirements Qualifications Relevant qualification in marketing is advantageous. Professional registration (if applicable). Experience Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the industry or related field. Sound knowledge of the industry and production processes. Key Competencies and Skills Excellent planning and organizational skills. Language Requirements Senior level proficiency required.
