IAM Analyst.
In this role, you will play a key part in securing systems and sensitive data through effective Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IAM tools, ensuring compliance and collaborate across teams to enhance security and efficiency.

What you’ll do:
IAM Administration:

Manage user identities, access permissions, and IAM tools. Handle onboarding/offboarding and resolve IAM incidents.
Policy

Compliance:

Enforce IAM policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Support audits and maintain documentation.
Access Security:

Implement MFA, SSO, and conduct access reviews. Oversee identity lifecycle processes.
Process Improvement:

Identify automation opportunities, stay current on IAM trends, and support IAM integration during MA activities.
Collaboration

Training:

Work with IT, business units, and vendors. Promote secure access practices through training and awareness.
Your expertise:
Hand on experience:

Min of 5 years in IAM or IT Security, preferably in financial services.
Technical skills:

Hands-on with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Sail Point, Cyber Ark, Azure AD). Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, Open ID, LDAP. Familiar with AD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scripting (Power Shell, Python).
Soft skills:

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and proactive in risk mitigation.
Qualifications required:
Bachelors in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL v3/v4, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
