Who We’re Looking For:
A dynamic and analytical chartered accountant (CA(SA)) with 4–5 years of senior finance experience , ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. You’re not just great with numbers — you’re a business partner, a team leader, and a strategic thinker ready to drive our financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Finance Team
- Own the budgeting , financial forecasting , reporting , and performance analytics.
- Drive financial controls , capital structure , and treasury operations
- Lead audit , tax , and regulatory compliance
- Oversee systems: ERP , reporting , inventory , and telecoms
- Play a key role in strategic projects , international expansion , and investment evaluation
- Provide leadership in new ventures like battery recycling
- Be part of a pioneering company redefining energy across Africa

Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification required
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and strategic financial management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Bonus: Experience in manufacturing, energy, or tech sectors
