Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on technical leader to establish and scale Rely Comply's new Customer Delivery function.
In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end customer implementation journey—from post-contract signature through successful go-live—ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and onboarding for complex enterprise clients.
Your expertise will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and lasting value as you build the playbook, troubleshoot technical challenges, and develop a high-performing delivery team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and scale the Customer Delivery function, building processes and methodologies for enterprise client onboarding and integration.
Own the full post-sales implementation lifecycle, including API configuration, data mapping, workflow automation, and technical troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless go-lives.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration templates to standardize successful implementations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align delivery with client needs and product roadmap.
Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve integration and platform issues, escalating to Engineering only for complex cases.
Mentor, upskill, and recruit team members to build a scalable, high-performing Customer Delivery team.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback and implementing process, platform, and documentation enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or professional services within enterprise Saa S or fintech environments.
Expertise in API integration (REST, Graph QL, webhooks), authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and platform configuration.
Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting, data mapping, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
Proven technical leadership with experience building and scaling delivery/implementation teams and processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with fintech, regtech, or compliance software (AML, KYC, transaction monitoring) and regulatory reporting.
Proficiency in Python scripting and automation, and relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP).
What Success Looks Like Achieve ≥90% on-time, on-scope delivery rate for all customer implementations within 12 months.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and an implementation NPS of ≥8.0 post go-live.
Reduce Engineering escalations to ≤20% of technical issues by empowering the Customer Delivery team.
Establish scalable delivery processes and documentation that enable the team to support 2x current implementation volume without compromising quality.
