About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager for Deel’s Strategic Integrations, you will manage the integration of Deel with highly strategic HR and finance platforms to achieve our clients vision of success.
You will build seamless ‘plug-and-play’ integrations with their favorite tools that automate their processes and eliminate manual entry. This is critical to our client’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Work hand-in-hand with the partnership team and pilot customers to identify opportunities and build integrations with strategic software
- Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific client problems
- Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
- Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, development, go-to-market and post-launch evaluation
- Work closely with a highly talented team of Product Designers and Engineers
- Above all – Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scale-up/start-up)
- 3 years of experience building and scaling enterprise HRIS and ERP external payroll integrations, working closely with large clients and a wide range of stakeholders. Experience with software such as SAP and Workday are a plus.
- Strong technical skills: APIs, domain driven design, integration design patterns
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and able to provide guidance on technical implementations
- Highly commercial, and able to factor in business impact to prioritizing new integrations
- Independent and autonomous leader
- Strong design sense of both UX and UI, with the ability to make the complex simple for non-technical users.
