Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at a 5-star establishment located in the City of Cape Town.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction, manage food and beverage offerings, and lead a team of employees.
Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, creating a welcoming environment, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and effectively communicating with team members and customers to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Experience in Hiring and team management to build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated staff.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Experience in Food & Beverage management, with knowledge of operational and compliance standards within the hospitality industry.
Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in financial management and inventory control is a plus.
